With unrivaled abilities, Team Sonic must seek an unlikely alliance
Synopsis
Sonic, Knuckles and Tails reunite against a powerful new adversary, Shadow, a mysterious villain with abilities unlike anything they’ve faced before. Jim Carrey, Ben Schwartz, James Marsden, Tika Sumpter, Krysten Ritter, Colleen O’Shaughnessy and Lee Majdub share hobbies that may surprise their fans. The creators of the previous films mentioned that they also played Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (2001) and the solo game Shadow the Hedgehog (2005) for inspiration. The film was also inspired by narrative elements from the Saturday morning animated series Sonic the Hedgehog (1993).
Robotnik to help them defeat Shadow the Hedgehog
In the series “Knuckles”, Sonic said that there is no more “Robotnik” and there is no new battle. But in this movie, he told Tails and Knuckles that they should ask the doctor. So, it’s unclear how they knew he was still alive… Commander Walters: [Shadow] Project Shadow is far superior to anything we’ve ever faced.

I went to see it last night and it did not disappoint!
A lot of action, funny walls with Jim Carrey, soulfulness and surprises. The action in the film is not what we have seen in previous Sonic films, the animation is definitely a noticeable improvement. This is what everyone was looking for in a Sonic movie, and they finally got it. They took the feedback seriously and took the best from the first and second parts of the third part.
Looking forward to Sonic 4!
The credits screen will make your jaw drop. I will watch it again in the cinema, it was so good that it can’t be better for a children’s film!
