Enjoy the happy moments with this year’s selection of holiday-themed romantic movies to watch , without leaving the house.. The film was shot on the historic square Independence in Independence, Missouri, which actually looks that way year-round. The locations that served as the Higman family store and Norma and Nick’s BBQ restaurant are also family stores in real life.
“History of love of leaders” continues this trend
6.7/10 (Recommended) While Hallmark movies remain tasteless and sometimes a little unrealistic in their love stories, 2024 turned out to be a great year for Christmas love. I’m not a football fan, and I’m a little sick of hearing about the Chiefs, but honestly, this movie was awesome. It’s emotional (I may have teared up a few times) and it has actors who really work well together. The chemistry between Hunter King and Tyler Hines was noticeable from the very beginning.
She takes her role seriously
As soon as they made these twinkling eyes, I knew that this movie would be good. Hunter especially shows an impressive game. She is visually shocked and upset when she needs it, which conveys the essence of what drives her. Some Hallmark actresses don’t do that, and that’s why she stands out to me.
Overall, this movie is a must watch for Hallmark fans
The story is fantastic and is told as if it were a real family affair, but given the traditions and superstitions that exist in sports families, there is no doubt that this situation plays out in private life year after year. This film is slightly different in that it focuses on family love rather than the love of two people, so I find it more personal. You don’t even have to love sports or football to understand what’s going on. You just need to believe that love can manifest itself in mysterious ways, and sometimes these mysterious ways take the form of superstitions and Christmas magic.
