Hugh Jackman has stated that he was truly done playing the character of Wolverine after Logan (2017)
Synopsis
Deadpool is given a spot in the Marvel Cinematic Universe by the Time Variance Authority, but instead recruits a variant of Wolverine to save his universe from extinction. Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman uncover memorable credits, interesting facts, accomplishments, and trivia straight from their IMDb name pages. He later stated that he regretted this statement after watching the first Deadpool film and expressed to Ryan his interest in seeing the two characters meet on the big screen. When asked why he decided to return to the film, he simply replied, “I just wanted to do it and I felt it in my gut,” adding that he wanted to make the most of his time on set with Ryan Reynolds. Similarly, Reynolds had wanted to work alongside Jackman since the first Deadpool film and was saddened when he (Jackman) stepped down from the role. As Wolverine and Deadpool continue their odyssey in the Honda Odyssey, the clock in the car jumps forward three hours as they talk.

Elliot Chipman: That’s Deadpool. Kevin Chipman: That’s Wolverine. Deadpool: Of course he is. Disney brought him back. They’re gonna make him do this until he’s 90. “Nicepool” is credited to Ryan Reynolds’ fictional twin brother, Gordon Reynolds.
What a funny movie

Hugh Jackman is the perfect Wolverine. I like the clever dialogue and jokes with swear words. It definitely doesn’t take itself too seriously. There are tons of funny episodes that I didn’t expect!
They are a dynamic duo
I usually watch movies with spoilers beforehand, but this time I didn’t and I’m glad I didn’t because there were some laugh out loud moments! This is a really good movie, action packed and fun. The jokes about Fox’s jokes and talking to the camera are so funny. I definitely see more sequels on the horizon for these two. They are heavily promoting this movie. I just watched these two on Hot Ones eating chicken wings.
